Photos to support your claim:
This Waypoint is on private ground and should be removed since public access is not granted. On the sign on the bottom right besides the gate you can see "Betreten dieses Grundstückes verboten", an explicit Disallowment to walk into the private area.
I was there twice, reported the waypoint on my first visit due to the yellow sign on photo number one. On June 6th, I was there again and the Gates were even closed - see attached photos. The second removal report was rejected again. It's rather obvious, that the portal is placed on private ground, you can see the portal on the left half of the closed gate.
Comments
There is no requirement for Wayspots to be accessible to the general public or at all time. Restricted and limited access Wayspots are still perfectly valid so long as they do not meet the removal criteria. Just because it exists there doesn't mean you have to play on it.
That portal is not just not accessible but it is on private residential property.
Just to notice: if you zoom in on the post box you can read "Fam. xxxxxxx". Fam. is the abbreviation for FAMILIE, engl. family. The property is know to be the (very huge) holiday home of that family.
Looks like it should be removed judging by removal criteria.
Appeal Accepted- Thanks for the appeal, Agent. After reviewing the additional evidence provided, we’ve decided to retire the Portal in question.
The same portal is back again. Now under the title "ausgedienter Brunnen". https://intel.ingress.com/intel?ll=50.957214,7.459886&z=17&pll=50.957214,7.459886
