Additional information: this waypoint is on private property. As shown in the photo above the sign clearly says the area is private property to a Yachting Club. It should be removed as you are not allowed to be there.

Hi @Th3Cardinal-ING! We took another look at the Wayspot in question and decided that it does not meet our criteria for removal at this time.
Can you elaborate on this decision please? What criteria did it not meet?
A yatching club is not a private residential property.
If you are a member of the yachting club, or a guest, then you have perfectly safe access to the wayspot. Being on the property of a business is not grounds for rejection or removal, so long as the wayspot can be safely accessed on foot by some people some of the time, as is the case here.
