I nominated this spot few days ago and it appeared on game yesterday (21.03.2023) and dissapeared today by reporting. I am convinced that this notification has been abused by local player who is making the game a nuisance to others.
The sculpture is located on the premises of the Youth Cultural Centre (Młodzieżowy Dom Kultury).
The Youth Cultural Centre is a public out-of-school education institution with the status of a youth palace in the national education system [ad.1].
The building and sculpture are outside the school grounds. For confirmation, the school is at the address "Stefana Starzyńskiego 17" and Youth Cultural Centre at "Pułkownika Kazimierza Iranka-Osmeckiego 51" in Rzeszów.
The sculpture is open to the public, the area is not fenced, there is a road separating the school around the building which is easily to check on google maps.

Thanks for the appeal, @bombelus-PGO. We have taken another look but stand by our decision to retire this Wayspot.
it's a bit weird. There used to be a primary school in this place, and now something else? did someone delete the k12 school facility?
Well, there is a primary school and there is an out of school istitution for everyone.
So an institution that is not a school is against the rules? I don't understand, it seems like double standards to me.

No to tylko zgłaszaj na forum by to przywrócili i najlepiej pokaż całe zdjęcie z osm na drugi raz na dowód, lub zgłaszaj na nowo w grze. Na usuwanie poi przez graczy na złość nic nie poradzisz
You sure it's not because of a certain someone who vandalized Polis OSM maps before?
I'm pretty sure it is. This person has removed legit Gyms and Pokestops in the game in the past.
He's a local player who has been making the game a pain for other players for years.
In my opinion (and the local community) he's constantly abusing the system in diffrent ways for example: flying, multi accounts, deleting legit POI.

Współczuję. Zrób nowy wątek+ podaj wszystkie dowody mapy google, osm, zdjęcia z otoczenia, geosfera jak możesz. Trzeba liczyć na dobre chęci od kogoś z niantic

The sculpture is OUTSIDE the school grounds ON THE TERRAIN OF THE CULTURAL HOUSE, which according to the guidelines are APPROVED. Wayspot should be restored, the person who removed it should be punished.
