Not being given access to Wayfarer even though I'm level 37

Just hit level 37 in Pokemon Go, upon clicking on "New Pokestop" I'm brought to a website that tells me to login with my google account. I'm told "Sorry, your account is not eligible. You need to reach level 10 in INGRESS for Niantic Wayfarer access."

Both links clearly state that being level 37 in Pokemon Go gives access to Wayfarer, however Wayfarer says that I'm not eligible.

It might take a couple of days to fully catch up, or it might still be glitched.
Have you taken the Wayfarer test yet? It's easy. Sometimes not taking it causes a problem. And Niantic is AWFUL at explaining anything. Try reading the tabs here https://wayfarer.nianticlabs.com/new/criteria/eligibility, then go to https://wayfarer.nianticlabs.com/ and take the quiz if it lets you.
If that doesn't work, try the Wayfarer help bot, bottom right.
Hi @CourteousSoul-PGO, we can confirm that you have access to your Wayfarer account and you have already successfully attempted the Wayfarer quiz. If the issue persists, please try clearing the cache and cookies of the browser and log in to your Wayfarer account using the same login method credentials linked to your Pokémon GO account.

Same here… I got to level 37 about 2 weeks ago and same is happening to me!

Hey, i reaced lvl 37 too a few days ago.
However im getting the same issue stated as the users above ''You need to reach level 10 in INGRESS for Niantic Wayfarer access''
I am also having the same issue, and I have tried a ton of things to resolve it. I reached level 37 a long time ago too, so i’m really not sure what else i’m supposed to do in order to access wayfarer.

Make sure you login into wayfarer with the same account you login in pokemon go.

Make sure your login method in Pokemon Go is through your Google account. Make sure you log into Wayfarer using the same Google account as you do in Pokemon Go. Does that fix the problem?
Please make sure that your level 37 Pokémon GO account is connected to Google or Facebook log in method and use the same credentials and log in method to access Wayfarer. This issue usually happens when you have a low level account connected to the same email using a different log in method.
You can reach out to Pokémon GO in-App support if you need assistance with adding a different log in provider to your account.
