Hometown Location Bug

I just finally reached level 37 in Pokémon go to be eligible for the wayfarer program and I created my account less than an hour ago. Some how when setting my home location it set the pin no where near my location. If I could please change this it would be much appreciated. It would be tragic if I spent all that time and now I’m ineligible to make suggestions in my actual area. I apologize as I did not see any other way to contact support.

Hello @ChaoticKMan-PGO, welcome to Wayfarer!
Don't worry about that. You will still see nominations, edits and photos to review on your local area. The nominations you see while reviewing are determined by three locations: game location, home location and bonus location.
The first is the location where you played recently, so this should be able to gather all your local reviews (unless you're traveling, for example).
The second location is the home location. Let's imagine you live far away from your hometown; this option gives you the opportunity to review stuff back there even when you're far away at the moment. It's not a big deal if it's not set in where you live. I have it in a strategic point in the center of my country, so I can review more stuff that my game location doesn't reach.
The third location is the bonus one. Now, things can get very fun here. You can set it anywhere in the world you'd like to explore. Some people have it in remote countries where there are no reviewers, other have it in stuck areas where things take years to get approved.
Note that none of this affects the area where you can nominate your proposals. In Pokémon, you can nominate up to 10km of you exact GPS location at the exact moment you open the nominate map. It's a completely different thing.
Good luck!
I highly suggest you learn about Pokémon spacing rules (S2 cells) before nominating. Not everything that is approved can become a pokestop.
Thank you for the feedback, that makes me feel better. I will become familiar with spacing rules before I nominate or review other’s posts.
Sorry, I didn’t mean to give the impression that you need to know the cells while reviewing. Just submitting.
@ChaoticKMan-PGO Remember that you are both submitting and reviewing for multiple games (including unknown future games) and not just the one(s) that you play now. Each game has its own rules for what it chooses to use, and sometimes those rules change over time. You definitely don't want to think about inclusion rules when you review.
