Incorrect Emails Received

At the end of January we received some emails regarding nominations from 2020, that they were on hold and needed to be checked by myself to see if anything changed or not as their were going to be reviewed.
After checking them we put them that they were ready (back to the queue).
To my surprise, we received several emails saying there were no action taken so they are all rejected, which is totally wrong. By this, it will cause us to re-nominate them and wait another 3 years to see them resolving…

I have looked into our records and can confirm that the hold on these nominations were not released. This is why they were rejected by the system.
