Photos to support your claim: At the entrance of the community, it clearly says "Private Property" this sign can be viewable via google street view (54 Erwin St Los Angeles, California). There's a "no trespassing" sign before reaching to the wayspot.
Additional information: The photo disc (nomination photo) shows FedEx notes on the gate. Indicating it is not accessible by delivery providers.

Is it a community pool or located at a single family residence? Wayspots in gated communities are allowed.
Thanks for reaching out, @MistSoalar428-PGO! We took another look at the Wayspot in question and decided that it does not meet our criteria for removal at this time.
So the wayspots like pools & playgrounds in apartments are allowed? That's a good news then.

They’ve always been allowed.
It doesn't meet the removal criteria. So it won't be removed.
