Waypoint rejected because it is double

Hi,
A while ago I requested this Waypoint through Pokemon Go, it is a playground for children, it is brand new and might not show up in Google streetview but nevertheless it is there.
It got rejected because it is double, meaning that there apparently is another Waypoint there but there isn't.
There is another Waypoint 50-100 meters away for a building, it has nothing to do with this Waypoint, so I objected but nothing is happening now for the last couple of weeks.
Should I create a new one, or should I wait endlessly ?

Can you let us know the name and the coordinates of the Wayspot you submitted?
I do not know how to get the coordinates but maybe this helps?

The name is Playground Cornelis Troostplein.
The wayspot is indeed a duplicate, as can be seen on the following screenshots.
When you submit a nomination, you're submitting a wayspot to the Niantic database rather than a Pokéstop for Pokémon Go.
Pokémon Go uses a proximity rule to determine which wayspots sync from the Niantic database. Pokémon Go Hub has a guide on the system they use, which involves level 17 S2 cells. You can search Google for that guide to find out more information.
The existing playground wayspot is in the same level 17 S2 cell as Klokkentoren Cornelis Troostplein, which is why it doesn't show up in Pokémon Go. It is still in the database though, which is why your nomination was marked as a duplicate.
Okay thank you, so it might never be a Pokèstop ?
