Unable to login to Wayfarer

I'm trying to login to Wayfarer using my Google account linked to Ingress (currently LVL 11), but I keep getting error message saying I need to reach level 10.

Seems fixed now.
There are some cases where it's rare.
I was surprised the other day when it occurred for the first time.
After repeated login logouts, reboots, etc., it resolved itself after a few hours with no known cause.
However, if you keep getting this message and the problem persists, it might be less confusing if there was a chat or message link in the lower right corner of this page where you could request help from the wayfarer team as a point of contact.
Same thing is happening to me right now. Level 12, 3rd recursion, Wayfarer website is claiming I need to be level 10 and won't let me in. I've logged in/out of my email account 2x, closed/reopened the browser 2x, and even "turned it off and turned it on again". :P Nada.
I'll wait a couple of hours to see if this resolves itself, but otherwise, I am also locked out.
I'm in again. Whatever was broken seems to have been fixed. Thanks!

@NianticTintino problem is still occurring, with myself, the latest in a large number of Ingress players who now get the error.

Actually this might possibly be the reason why I'm also having difficulty logging in. Except it sometimes says that I'm suspended in one or more games (not true, Pogo and Ingress are fine).

Clearing cookies does not help.

I'm recursed ingress-lv14, wayfarer status super, not banned
Some hours later ... my account is suddenly eligible.
And one day later "sorry your account is not eligible"
no problems to start and use ingress via same account

Same problem here. I have recursed 3 times and are currently at Level 13. It worked earlier today and on my phone I have tested 3 different browsers so that is not the problem. On ny computer I had an open session from earlier today that still worked but as soon as I logged out and tried to login again I got the same error on my computer.

We're currently working on this and wanted to check with you all if you're only experiencing this when you use your Ingress logins or also with Pokémon GO logins?
Its the same logins... dont wanna speak for everyones login method, but the site only logs you in with "gmail" or "facebook" and its the same login accross all your games... you dont choose "ingress" or "pogo"

I think what Tintino meant is which Niantic account you originally used to first log in to Wayfarer. I started with Ingress aaall the way back in 2013, but then stopped playing. I then started playing PoGO with the same mail address as in Ingress. I reached Level 38-40 in PoGO and was able to log in to Wayfarer for the first time. I reached Rank 10 in Ingress and am allowed to access the Wayfarer platform with both games.
I haven't had any issues with logging in during the last weeks, so I guess the problem persists only for players who originally started the Wayfarer journey based on their Ingress rank/achievements.

The same problem is occurring for me this morning.
It has been happening on and off for the last couple of weeks, usually only lasting for an hour or two.
My pogo account is not high enough level to have Wayfarer access, but I am level 13 in Ingress.

Some weeks everything seems to work.
Earlier today ... Login via google ... "sorry your account is not eligible"
ingress - no problems.
Some hours later - login via google ... wayfarer login is possible.
Some hours later - login via google ... "sorry your account is not eligible" ... starting ingress without problems ... starting wayfarer ... "sorry your account is not eligible"
It seems to be a kind of softban. But today i only logined to check some submissions.

I'm able to sign in on desktop, however I have never been able to sign in on the mobile app. Not sure if this is the right place to put this. Just always says "failed to log in" whenever I try and log in through google
The app is not for general release currently. It's in beta for Lightship Developers, so currently that's the only login method that will work. Regular wayfarers will get access to it at some point in the future, at which point your login will work as it would for the Wayfarer website.
