This is a cast statue by Antony Gormley installed at a station in Osaka City. When I submitted my application, it was rejected in one minute.
Is the machine judgment used by Niantec a clunker that can't distinguish between a statue and a human being?
If anyone has come up with a way to turn this candidate in for review, please let me know.

This particular piece of artwork might be too controversial for the average reviewer. The fact that it shows male genitals in a game that is focused on kids might not work. While, I don't believe Art is "Adult Orientated" for the Rejection Criteria, I also don't believe it necessarily makes a good POI.
Incidently, there was a US High School that just got in trouble RECENTLY and made national news for having kids review Michaelangeo's **** David Statue. And it was a school based on Classic Approach that was meant to study the classics, and there isn't much more classic than David. But parents objected and it became a nationwide story.
In light of the negative press and controversy, over an even more famous piece of art, I wouldn't give this above 1* myself
Probably hide the lower body since the resemblance is too uncanny for the AI. Try to get another photo in full once live.
Given how quickly it was rejected, I would also suspect it set off an AI filtering for nudity. You could try resubmitting with a photo from a different angle or showing only a portion of the work, or you could try using your once-monthly appeal on it.
Please choose the "portion" carefully.
maybe there is a information about this sculpture, wich you could nominate? Otherwise don’t use the full body, like some of you already suggested.

The similar Gormley statutes, 6 in total, in Edinburgh that follow the Water Of Leith are in the database.
The photos are almost identical to yours so I think you just got unlucky.
