The second photo is the orange sculpture located across the intersection. It has more of a scallop shape (less spiral).
(The second picture is Orange Swirl on Tripod - so either delete it or switch the photo to the other Waypoint at 35.65721,-80.458848). It looks like both photos were taken by the same user the same night but the game thought they were duplicates when they weren't.)
