Even though i've never been to Japan, and both my home and bonus location is no where near Japan as I set both in Brunei.

Assuming that you don't spoof ever, have your email linked to Pokemon GO ever been accessed by anyone else, either with your permission or not?
Never spoofed, my dead ingress last played was in brunei too, and never shared my email with anyone
Showcase have always been in brunei too
Both location are also in brunei
