Need advice with this nomination

Hi, I have submitted and upgraded a café- restaurant in my neighborhood but the community have rejected it. Here is the nomination:

Other rejection criteria that appears is private property.

The thing is that here in Spain the reviewers don't usually accept this type of cafés/restaurants, so I don't know if it's better to appeal it or to submit it again with a better photo to the upcoming review challenge.

Thanks.

I think the "low quality photo" is because the reflection obscures any signage for the cafe that may be in the window. It is also at an angle and there isn't a good reason for that.

"Not eligible" is the default position for any restaurant or cafe. It is up to you to provide information as to what makes this cafe locally unique or a social gathering spot. Your description is extremely basic and only tells me that it is a cafeteria.

Personally I have no problem with the angled photo and I assume it’s to help avoid reflections. There are some that don’t like them. However I think it would benefit from cropping so you can see the logo better

if you can visit a get a time when there isn’t so much reflection it would help.

As with all nominations, you need to sell it, and how it meet criteria. So describe the kind cafe it is especially resubmitting when global reviewers might be looking at it. Say why it is a great place to socialise. Say why this cafe is distinct. In the supplementary if there is a website about it that demonstrates it is a great place include it..

Though @Elijustrying-ING 's crop is better, I would still advise you to take a better photo. Since so many people will vote against this type of business, you don't also want to give them any other reason to reject it.

Especially since this is your own business, you should do your best to really make it look inviting! The name needs to be clearly seen. Reflections are difficult, so you can sit on the ground under one of those signs and sh-oot up to avoid seeing yourself in the photo.

And, of course, you need to explain why your place is somewhere exciting or interesting to visit instead of the same kind of business down the road. When you do that, though, try not to make it obvious you are the owner. People don't seem to like descriptions that use words like "i" or "we."

Okay, thanks @TheFarix-PGO, @Elijustrying-ING and @SeaprincessHNB-PGO for the advices! Just to clarify, this is not my own business, it's just a café that is near my house. I will try resubmitting it with a better photo and with more info about it.

I hope you find it while reviewing in the Spain review challenge!

It’s useful to look at some nominations to get used to what we might see.

think about if you were to spin this stop; What image would you see? Important when it comes to “signs” that the trainers can tell or read what it is/says. Hope this helps it get accepted
