As the oppositing team from PapaCruzer in Oldenzaal, I can confirm this portal keeps getting wrongfully removed. It's being reported by a agent from my faction that isn't really font of the blue players in that area (for making annoying link).
At this moment it's just childish play, where blue agents restore the portal and green agents use the community to get it removed again.
The portal in question has re-appeared several times via the official wayfarer system and I think that alone is enough proof that it's a legit portal. I would wish that Niantic would stop taking a side on this scuffle and just let this be. As opposiding faction I am really annoyed by playing this childish. I might have joined the wrong game. (since there are only 2 - wrong - factions)
As you can see in the 2nd photo uploaded by you, you can see it is directly attached to the home.
And you can also see the way it has been attached to the home it is created from wood and in no way Linked to the project as it was refering to when it was an portal.
It should result in an opr ban and not in reinistate of the portal.
Re added 2nd photo to avoid remover.
Clearly atteched directly to the house. And created by someone and not an Electric cabinet

We discussed this via telegram where you confirmed this is fake. However based upon your personal opinion /connection with papacruzer you asked me to leave the portal online and asked for removal of another portal. (Oale grieze op de kast) which however is valid despite the fact it is a sticker and no painting at all. It is not attached to the home and a valid Electric cabinet.
And it is not faction related since i also voted for the removal of thij speelplaats. (Soccer playground on a primary school ground) which has been removed now and was default p6 p7 green.(which is high in Oldenzaal) and i am there at least 10 times a week to walk my dog around there.
I also reported for removal of the blob(non existing) which is my own homeportal. So faction related???
Or for the removal of the double portal for 1 playground.(behind the rock) or the rock itself which is existing put on prp.
As You can see with date of november 21.
So no way it has been faction related.
I Will not upload our private conversation on telegram which contains some personal opinions which do not belang here in this discussion. I asked you to discuss with papacruzer to not use the portal (since its invalid) but you refused. This is the consequense

i was reading this thread. and I know exactly what it's about. the agent in question just wants to bore you. remove portals. or move them to make them easier to ****. it's only about the other side so res to make life miserable. and why is it asking for a call ban for the player who started this topic. he didn't do anything wrong, did he? if you read the topics of vke123 it is only about removing or moving portals. the agent has already asked for a call ban a number of times. and this is still allowed. really incomprehensible. the only one that should get a call ban or wayfarer ban is vke123.

You've got some obsession with removing opposing agents their portals - and in this day everything can be a portal it seems. I've heard something about stores and pubs and fastfoodstores, so have a good time!
How about don't ban anyone and leave this be?
VKE is actually a very nice guy, which I have met a few times already. It's just this portal hunt... I still think it's a pity our opposiding faction cannot see this kind side and is still something I would like to see. Like having a drink on the new year and cross faction stuff like that. Perhaps a mission day one day.

Let's talk to him. And ask if he stops reporting portals and moving them around we can go to the 2de phase.

Confused why this wayspot was restored. Based on the photos provided it looks attached to the facade of this private residential property. Reading the Wayfarer help page it says anything on private residential property is ineligible. This includes objects connected to the facade of a private residential property even if this facade is bordering with a pedestrian walkway.
I'm also confused why this was restored. It is attached to the wall of a single family private residence, which would normally make it ineligible. Did @NianticLC make a mistake, or is this is something the ambassadors need to look into getting further clarified? @Elijustrying-ING @SeaprincessHNB-PGO
