Changing Photo of Wayspot

There are 2 Wayspots with problem.
I would like to change low resolution Wayspot photos.
I understand that the Wayspot image will be the one with the most likes.
For these Wayspots, the photos are selected according to the rules in Ingress, but the images with the fewest "likes" are selected in Pokemon GO.
Title of the Wayspot:
1) 月出自治会館
2) 天神社
Location:
1) 34.744575,135.583053
2) 34.744721,135.582843
City: Kadoma, Osaka
Country: Japan
Additional information:
1)There are 2 photos for this Wayspot.
The photos 4 likes and 3 likes in Pokemon GO. But the photo has selected 3 likes.
2)There are 6 photos with many likes, but the photo has selected 0 like.

Thank you for your action.
However, the situation is getting worse for 2 wayspots.
First, Wayspot's photo hasn't changed.
Additionally, I'm getting an error message "エラーが発生しました".
It means "Error occured".
Old photo was deleted, but it has an error message.
Please check again.

You should consider the time difference between changes.

The error messages are no longer displayed, but the situation has not changed since my post.
The old photo of 月出自治会館 has been removed from the Wayspot's photos summary. And the photo of "Niantic Wayfare Application" is new one, but the photo of Pokestop is still old.
The old photo of 天神社 has NOT been removed from Wayspot's photos summary, and the photo of Pokestop is still old.
These 2 Pokestops have still problem.
The Ingress photo is displayed correctly, so the PokéStop photo seems to be hard-coded.
It's been a month since Niantic responded, but old photos are still being used in Wayspots.
2つのポケストップの写真に不具合があります。

上記の月出自治会館などは、現時点では、投稿写真には表示されていない写真がポケストップの写真で使われている状況です。
今まで、見当違いな対応しかされておらず、不具合を持ったまま放置されています。
