Here is a list of the three accounts that want to be permanently banned for their abuse:

As I saw it, the abuse started more than 2 years ago and continued until half a year ago. Due to the fact that the same source is always used, I assume that these are multi-accounts. Since the whole thing was done again and again over such a period of time, there is a risk of repetition.
Apparently, immediately after the deletion, a new fake appeared in place of fake number 12.)
It was probably only available in Lightship until then. Please also remove this new fake directly.
