Hi Niantic and everyone .
Okay during review we should be Reviewing English only and we see tons of Brazil languages and other countries languages . There is no translates. Why we can’t skip more than 4?

There is a big green banner explaining that there's currently a challenge on. As you've been on the forum before, you can likely see that the Spain Challenge is currently active. We were so good at reviewing Spanish nominations that we basically ran out of them, so they expanded the challenge to Brazil, India and Indonesia.
If you want to opt out of the Challenge, go to your Wayfarer settings and scroll to the bottom. There's a toggle to turn challenge participation off.
Alternatively, if you do 50 reviews from Spain, Brazil, Indonesia and/or India, you'll be eligible to receive rewards when the challenge is over. If you do 100/250/500 reviews from those places, you'll get even more rewards, though the challenge does end tomorrow.
For what it's worth though, you're never guaranteed to get English language submissions. Wayfarers are free to submit in whatever language they're comfortable using, regardless of where they are. Niantic expects you to use tools like Google Translate if you're given reviews in a foreign language. Review areas are also not set by country borders. They're just big boxes that often overlap with neighbouring countries. So in places like central Europe, you'll often get reviews in a variety of different languages.
Again @HankWolfman-PGO spot on! This is the side effect of the ongoing challenge. If you are uncomfortable reviewing in those locations, you can always turn off the setting.
