I nominated this spot few days ago and it appeared on game (21.03.2023) and dissapeared one day later (by reporting). I am convinced that this notification has been abused by local player who is making the game a nuisance to others.
My Niantic Wayfarer account was suspended in 10 days because of it.
The sculpture is located on the premises of the Youth Cultural Centre (Młodzieżowy Dom Kultury).
The Youth Cultural Centre is a public out-of-school education institution with the status of a youth palace in the national education system [ad.1].
The building and sculpture (Ikar) are outside the school grounds. For confirmation, the school is at the address "Stefana Starzyńskiego 17" and Youth Cultural Centre at "Pułkownika Kazimierza Iranka-Osmeckiego 51" in Rzeszów.
The sculpture is open to the public, the area is not fenced, there is a road separating the school around the building which is easily to check on Open Street Map.

As you can see the wayspots are out of the K-12.
I'm pretty sure one of a local player is abusing the system by his action I mean - removing legit Gyms and Pokestops, flying and making multi accounts.
He did removed one gym in THIS AREA by manipulating the photos (reason? He made 2nd gym for himself.) At the end Niantic bring back the removed gym.
There was few disscusion about this player in the past from a lot of people. Unfortunately to no avail. I'm not gonna say his nickname at loud until it's necessery. I would like to get some help with this case.

if player-banned-here has anything to do with this issue, why he hasn't been blocked in all games forever?
Thanks for the appeal, @bombelus-PGO. We have taken another look but stand by our decision to retire this Wayspot.
