I tried a different browser as it got suggested to me so I tried signing in through google but it said my account is not eligible because I am not level 37, even though my Pokémon go account is. I also tried using google chrome instead of safari but it had the same result.

I see that you have not shared the email connected to your level 37 Facebook account. It might be possible that the email that you are using to sign in is connected to another low level account and that's what is prompting this error. Please use the correct log in method and credentials to access Wayfarer.
Hi I am experiencing the same issue. My account is connected to my Apple ID but when I click the “poke stop” tab it takes me to the wayfarer page that only shows Facebook and Google log in options. How do I get around this? :( I am already level 39.
@Aquashellz-PGO you will need to link a google or facebook account via the in game settings, wayfarer does not support Apple ID as a login method.
