Issue.
On the satellite map we can see that it would be on private property within a garden.
By comparing the photo of the point of interest we do not find the building.
Moreover with the satellite view and Google street we can guess that the object is in a private property at the bottom of a garden.
Conclusion.
The point of interest should not have been validated but refused at least for two reasons: single-family residence, pedestrian access.

Problème
Sur la carte satellite nous pouvons voir que cela se trouverait sur une propriété privée au sein d’un jardin.
En comparant la photo du point d’intérêt nous ne retrouvons pas le bâtiment.
De plus avec la vue satellite et Google street nous pouvons deviner que l’objet est dans une propriété privée au fond d’un jardin.
Conclusion.
Le point d’intérêt n’aurait pas dû être validé mais refusé au moins pour deux justifications : résidence unifamiliale, accès piéton.
