I agree that most (if not all) of the reported Wayspots above are ineligible candidates. I would like to emphasize that some caution regarding the label 'abuse' is in order. Genuine questions regarding post above:
How do you know that each of the mosaic tiles mentioned above is "fake" (apart from the two you mentioned explicitly)?
How do you know that the POI "Ingang Zuidereng - Rembrandtlaan" is a form of abuse? Couldn't this not be a case of just a ineligible submission? (Similarly for some other Wayspots which were reported in this thread)
It would be a pity to label players as "abusers", even though they are just trying their best and might not know better (e.g. because other similar Wayspots are also approved; these players may not even be aware of the existence of this forum.)

For the mosaic tile abuse there is going to be a new post by me about where I found the real tiles + fake tiles.
The people who send in the fake mosaic tiles send them in batches, but they google their mosaic tiles so it's super easy to spot. For example, the butterfly mosaic tile I found, regards 11 fake wayspots that used this tile all over the Netherlands, most of the time in a cluster with similar faked mosaic tiles. I try to do more research now where original tiles are placed and also show where the real tiles are. But sometimes it's also unclear of the 5 tiles which one is the real tile. The nomination in Den Bosch is a hotspot of abuse. The fake gothic trail is a few blocks away for example.
I did find most of the real mosaic tiles posted above but that post needs to be approved by the admins first.
regarding the mosaic tiles, I’ve just created a post today about copies popping up on other places of a tile that I personally made myself, so I know for sure the ones in other cities are fake.
The mosaic tile abuse example is posted now so you can see that this is clearly abuse.
I found more mosaic tiles that were stolen so I will also update tomorrow with more examples.
For the Wayspot Ingang Zuidereng - Rembrandtlaan this could indeed be a case of 'we already have 10 of the same Wayspots accepted we are going to send in all of them' like what currently is happening in Belgium. So I can't answer 100% for certain if this is by a clueless player who doesn't understand that these pois aren't valid wayspot or also part of the Dutch/Belgium/Germany abuse, because the line currently is really thin since all Wayspots that you send in are accepted in a week. Thats also why a few people are suggesting to close the current nomination for The Netherlands so its easier for niantic to clean up all the current abuse but also that people who don't read this forum can't get their account banned because they thought it was a valid wayspot. As for this nomination this is not the only ingang being accepted. As example here are a few more :

For the others I think it is key to just remove them ASAP. I've seen a few similar POIs pop up outside the "hotspots", players claiming "apparently these are eligible".
Most people are saying reject this nomination but there are also people stating we have them accepted. That gives other people the feeling that they can also send in these nominations.
Same issue with this post. There is a lot of wrong information posted saying that it would be helpful to accept AED. Before the abuse these would be rejected but now with the bots its accepted and someone else already stated that they are seeing more and more AED machines being accepted.
With the start of the abuse I sent these nominations first in the chat function of wayfarer but most of the time the chat team stated that nothing was wrong, so we keep this coal nomination in game. Same issue if you report them by the email system I received a lot of rejection email stating that there was nothing wrong with the poi. And because of the amount of coal and non-eligible wayspots this would take years when submitting to the chat function because I noticed the chat function kinda overwrites themselves if you report more than 1 nomination at a time.
One of the ambassadors stated because of the amount of coal currently accepted in The Netherlands, its easier for @NianticAaron to report them here, so they can keep track if this is this a single abuse issue or are they mass abusing the system.
So the only option that seems to work to get the coal removed is to report it in this forum post.
