The above sign is the welcome sign of Phuoc Hau Pagoda, a pagoda locates in the alley (wayspot coordinate: 10.765629,106.692359)
The below sign is the name sign of this alley, which is not significant as the pagoda welcome sign.
So I think that the more appropriate name for this wayspot should be the pagoda welcome sign, which would give information for everyone to know that there is a pagoda in the deep of the alley.
