How to report an old sponsored wayspot?
The Lotteria fast food chain used to sponsor a lot of pokemon gyms at many countries.
In Vietnam there were around Lotteria 20-30 gyms (I think) at big cities.
Then in 2020, Lotteria terminated sponsorship (https://www.reddit.com/r/TheSilphRoad/comments/dpxyo3/the_biggest_south_korean_sponsor_of_pokemon_go/), and all that Lotteria gyms in Vietnam had also gone following this termination, except one below gym afaik:
Name: LOTTERIA BIGC PHU THANH
Coordinate: 10.778325, 106.633472
Moreover the location of this gym also is very wrong - not at the Lotteria store in BigC Phu Thanh Supermarket, but at a random nearby location.

Please help to retire this outdated wayspot or at least move it to the right location. Thank you!

The reason it still exists is that it isn't a sponsored location. It is in the main Wayfarer database, which wouldn't be the case if it was sponsored. This means someone submitted it through Wayfarer (using an image that should not have been approved) and Wayfarer reviewers accepted it.
As a result, you can follow the normal route of going to the wayspot, reporting it as invalid (not existing at that location), then if your report gets rejected, you can post the rejection email here and appeal it.
Thank for your advice.
I had actually reported this wayspot via PoGo and had received the rejected result.
About the fact that this waspot is a sponsored wayspot or not, I still think that it is a sponsored one.
Because it only appears in PoGO as a gym, but not appears in Ingress as a portal.
And there is no other wayspots being nearby to it when considering about the S2 cell or 20-meter proximity.
Does it have sponsored tag above the title?
No, it currently does not have the sponsored tag. But a local says that it used to have. At that time, I were not well-known about this area of the city so I also cannot confirm about this claim.
So that would explain why that Wayspot still remains in Lightship database.
There might be 2 possibilities why did this happen:
1. Error from Niantic side, that turned this sponsored POI into Wayspot instead to remove it, or
2. Foursquare imports, which would also explain why this won't appear in Ingress.
@NianticAaron your assistance is required here.
This is a sponsored Wayspot and we need a request from the sponsor in question to make any adjustments to it.
I already said that Lotteria had already terminated the sponsorship 3 years ago with an official statement. Other Lotteria wayspots had already gone.
@NianticAaron you can check with the sponsorship team to see if the sponsorship is still active or not.
If the sponsorship was terminated, your team has no benefit to keep this wayspot. This wayspot also has no benefit to the community as it is at a wrong location and in front of some random private residents.
Sponsored wayspots shouldn't show up in the Wayfarer app. I have several in my local area and none of them are visible within the Wayfarer app. This wayspot does show in the app though, as @patsufredo-PGO has shown. Additionally it has no visible sponsorship tags from the screenshots provided. So if it is meant to be a sponsored stop, it is clearly broken, and has somehow found its way into the main database when it doesn't belong there.
Some of the old sponsored Wayspots may not meet these conditions.
So there are now also Schrödinger sponsored wayspots?
Those that used to be sponsored, the sponsor has ended the relationship, the wayspot remains, it isn't marked as sponsored, it appears in lightship and despite being in the wrong location it can't be removed or fixed.
