Review Stats got Reset and Upgrades are gone

Not sure this is the correct place to post this. When I logged into the Wayfarer review site I was prompted to take the review test and select my home location again. After doing that I noticed in on the profile page that all my stats were now set to 0 and all the Upgrades I had accumulated were now gone. All my wayspot nominations are still there.
I also submitted a support ticket, but the options did not exactly fit the situation either.
Additional note: I had tried the Monster Hunter Beta when it was first available. I have not installed/tried/played the official release of it.

Also have the same issue....
This is the second time I've had my stats reset...
Please see update in Known Issues
the message is don’t submit or review as they will be resetting your data.
