This waypoint that I submitted got rejected for Emoji or Emoticon despite not breaking that rule

As you can see via the screenshot, I never put in emojis or emoticons anywhere in my waypoint submission. I highlighted the Emoji or Emoticon rejection mention just in case.
I would like to report this as abuse. Can this waypoint of mine please be put back in the queue, back in voting, or get accepted? Thank you.

Your nomination got marked as a duplicate to Sassafras Woods Footbridge - South by some reviewers, and probably one person marked emoji as the reason for denial.
Yes, you can report that 1 person rejected with emoji reason to @NianticAaron .
And that person will get a ban without any meaningful explanation and so they won't improve at al, they'll get annoyed and give up.
Great way to add more people to wayfarer when the op is requesting to put back in queue or directly approve something that already exists.
@NianticAaron, @NianticTintino-ING, and/or @NianticLC Can you please take a look at this? Thank you :)
Are you saying that Sassafras Woods Footbridge - South and Scarborough Commons Footbridge are the same waypoint? I'm just trying to understand what you're saying. Thanks!
@NianticAaron, @NianticTintino-ING, and/or @NianticLC any update? Please and thank you.

Please stop pinging Niantic employees for this. You've been told what happened. The people who reviewed this decided that the bridge you nominated was a duplicate of the other footbridge.
We can't see the nomination, but this is easy to do when the photos are similar, especially if the bridges look alike. If the 2 footbridges are NOT the same, you can appeal through the regular process (hit the appeal button in Wayfarer) or you can resubmit.
If you resubmit, think about how you can provide better evidence that this is a different bridge from the existing one. A better set of photos, nearby landmarks to include in your photos, find a map that shows the creeks these bridges cross at different points, etc.
Your photo does look like a different footbridge because there's a bit of an intersection.
Now, you should go check the 2 existing pokestops to see if your photo was added to either of them. If it was, you will need to contact help through the chat bubble to get your photo removed since it is not a duplicate. You will need GPS coordinates for the existing pokestop and the submission you're trying to make.
Sounds like a fantastic idea! Thanks!
These types of bridges are only temporary structures. Even a small flood would wash this one away. It needs a proper concrete or metal frame to count imo.
That is not the case. Footbridges like these on walking trails can be eligible. I've even had a couple accepted by Niantic themselves.
That only proves thier own incompetence
Not at all. Niantic have been fond of footbridges on trails since before Wayfarer was a thing. They were eligible back in the OPR days and they're still fine now.
