Appeals are not acted upon directly, be patient.
Currently they are evaluating appeals of November/December 2022, so it will take time to get a reply on yours.
To manage expectations: don't be surprised if you get a response somewhere in the end of this year, or next year. I've received an answer to my appeal in May 2023, based upon the initial appeal in Augusts 2022.
It won't take that long. We have taken steps to fasttrack the appeals.
Frankly I'd be shocked if Fangen's appeal is decided before the end of the year, based on the current trends. I'd love to be surprised though 🙂

Just had an appeal approved from February! 6.5 months. The team is catching up!
I have an appeal that's been in Niantic voting for almost two weeks: I assume it's being debated, as it's an unlovely trail marker that serves as the only physical man-made reference point for a secluded beach. If any Niantic staff wants a personal guided tour of the area to show location accuracy and value of this potential Wayspot, just hit me with a DM letting me know when your plane lands. I'll pick you up, provide the bug spray, and walk you to the candidate location myself if that's what it takes! Pack boots, though. 😁
Based on my Appeal que and time logs the current under review was Appealed (not nominated) somewhere before 29 May 2023. I had resolutions in the December-January 2023 period.
So If you Appealed 27/6/2023. You have about 2 months of waiting left, if all things remains the same. Mind you the que was +-8 months last year.

The queue advanced roughtly 4 months in 1 months, it is catching up!
