Appeal of portal removal
Rudy Peterson Memorial
I do not know the lat/long of this portal
Las Vegas, Nevada
United States
This portal is on Bank of America private property. It is not open to the public (corporate building) and the security will ask you to leave and call the police. While it is doable, on occasion, without getting 'caught', it is still technically trespassing and the portal should be removed.

Portals are allowed to be on private property. Just not on private residential property.
The accessibility issue is already addressed by the November 2020 AMA, in the quoted post above.
How does “publicly accessible” apply to locations that have limited access, like members-only clubs, gated communities, time-restricted areas?
Just like with the definition of private residential property, this guideline hasn’t changed. These locations would still be eligible, including restricted areas on the grounds of a company’s headquarters or behind locked gates so long as there wouldn’t be objections to you entering the area and the location is accessible to some folks. We do not expect all players to have access to all locations but we strongly recommend following real-world rules while attempting to access locations.
So as you can see, wayspots on company headquarters are fine so long as some people have access to them some of the time (which includes employees and guests of the company). You yourself may not be able to access it as you have no business being there, but others can access it. You are expected to use common sense and not trespass.
As above, private business property is perfectly fine, residential private is not. There's no grounds to request a wayspot is removed just because you can't reach it.
Thanks for the appeal, @Sangrelie-ING . We took another look at the Portal in question and decided that it does not meet our criteria for removal at this time.
