"Check for Duplicates" Map is not showing all POI

I noticed today that not all POI in the database are showing up on the "check for duplicates" section. The first screenshot shows the "check for duplicates" section of my review. When I checked the area on intel there was an additional POI "St Peters Garden Of Rest Sign" which doesnt appear on the previous shot. I have never seen this before.

This has happened before. They fix it, and then it randomly breaks again. Sometimes it will show a lot less than it should show.

We tried reproducing this issue and we were able to locate the duplicate in question. You might have missed the image in question. Having said that, please share a screen recording of the issue if it happens again and we would be happy to investigate further.

The fact that you were able to locate the duplicate in question reflects the fact that this is a transient bug.
The OP has shown a screenshot of the duplicates map. The red dot indicates the position they moved the Wayspot from.
The duplicates map is populated in order of closest to furtherest away. Under this order, the order of the duplicates should be:
#1: St Peters Garden Of Rest Sign (51.607731,-0.557391)
#2: Chalfont St Peter Church Hall
#3: The Hub Gold Hill Church
The duplicates scroll bar at the bottom is scrolled to the very left, as indicated by the bar being at the far left and the left arrow being greyed out. From this view we should see the images for "St Peters Garden Of Rest Sign", then "Chalfont St Peter Church Hall" and then "The Hub Gold Hill Church". Instead, we see this order start from "Chalfont St Peter Church Hall".
The image below is clearly no in the duplicates carousel screenshot. Based on the mechanics of the duplicates carousel, it should be the very first image.
Can this matter please be escalated, as the screenshot provides sufficient proof that there is a bug of some form.

I guess I could have explained better. As you say the "St Peters Garden Of Rest Sign" should have been first on the duplicate list but did not appear at all.
The only nomination that is available at this location belongs to "St Peters Garden Of Rest Sign". I do not see any other submission at the location where the pointer points.

I appreciate the reply.
The Wayspot nomination in the screenshot cannot belong to "St Peters Garden of Rest Sign", as from what I can tell, that Wayspot was accepted in 2019.
The screenshot was taken midway through the user moving the location pin during review, so the location pin shown in the screenshot is not the location of the nomination itself. The plug-in being used shows the original location as a small red circle, which means the original nomination was located a few metres away at 51.60772708858373, -0.557581259525748. The Wayspot that was being reviewed is not live, so it either was rejected or is still in voting.
@FunneIWeb-ING do you have Review History plug-in installed as well? That could provide the specific name of the Wayspot you were reviewing in case that is relevant.

@NianticAaron @Tntnnbltn-ING I have another example of this issue. When reviewing this submission "LY2 Square Stage" the nearby wayspot "UFO Bench" which shows on Ingress Intel is not showing on the duplicate check. I just reviewed this so hopefully should still be in the system. I have the review history add-on now too if you need any more info.

This one is irritating because the submitter has misplaced the location to get it into another cell. The supporting photo shows this trail marker sign is directly on top of the existing trail marker POI which is not showing. I would have marked this as a duplicate but I will have to reject for mismatched location.
Could you please provide some details to help with investigation? Who reviewed this nomination? What time did they receive it for review?
Another example, this one is a straight up duplicate...
To add a bit of context... the ambos have reported this issue to @NianticTintino-ING months ago... but over the weekend I have seen an increase of reports in the discord server. In the past, refreshing the page would make the missing waypoints appear... but new reports say this no longer works.
These are all examples that I have come across whilst reviewing myself and have taken screenshots and posted here immediately before completing the reviews so the timestamps of my posts should give the times.
I have noticed an increase in the last few days also. Ive had a few of them just today. I have tried refreshing several times but it did nothing.

ok this is getting worse as I review.. this one is another duplicate and there are LOADS missing, most POIs actually...
I definitely do see this happen more and more. I opened up a separate bug report but then requested it to be deleted. Even with nominations that I have had myself approved less than a day ago not appear on the dupe map but on Intel and the Wayfarer map.
This one is different. Originally it showed no nearby wayspots even though there were several, but then it did correct itself after refreshing the page.
