Je reviens vers vous car depuis quelques fausses nouveautés ce sont apparues sur la zone agricole pendant le traitement de la longue liste que je vous avez adressé.
Les nouveautés sont:

Le P'tit Crochet n⁰3 (46.275077,0.580561) is not fake : We do not see a trail marker on the StreeView photograph at this location but a "Le P'tit Crochet / Boucle 3" trail is listed here: https://www.sentiers-en-france.eu/sentiers-vienne-86/usson-du-poitou/sentier-le-ptit-crochet-boucle-3
There are two educational panels in the middle of the field. The other two waypoints are probably fake, too.
There's definitely something wrong with the Wayfarer evaluation.
puit ďépagné (46.272109,0.578648) is not fake : visible on Google Street View
hôtel à insecte d'épagné (46.272109,0.578648) is probably fake : The StreeView photo shows trees against the front of the house, whereas the waypoint photo does not.
Sentier de randonnée (46.270207,0.575198) : No trails have been identified at this location on the https://www.sentiers-en-france.eu/randonnees-vienne-86/gencay/randonnee-usson-du-poitou site.

The well is present. even if it seems in a private property we can guess an access by road.
The point possibly to be discussed is the dangerousness of the place there is no sidewalk that the trainer or the agent is safe. We are in a rural area, the sidewalks are not everywhere everywhere…
