Did the PokeStop Power Up feature go away?

Day 1 of Global Go Fest 2023 just ended and realized since this morning that the feature to Power Up my local PokeStop disappeared. Is this a bug or just temporary during the event?

You'd need to ask in a Pokemon forum - it's not a wayfarer issue.
