The portal is a sign, part of a cultural project (permanent) in our town. This sign marks a building made by one of the more famous architects from our city and tells us why and when it was built.
The photo attached doesnt really seem to belong to the portal. Maybe someone made a misstake? Cant find where to have the photo removed.
