Rejection of portal removal appeal - sculptures have moved

These portals were submitted when the sculptures were installed along the Yarra river in Melbourne for a year. The exhibit has moved to Perth now.

However, due to the time taken in the Wayfarer queue, the portals have recently appeared but are no longer valid.
