Can we nominate community/convention halls ? Or not

Every convention centre nomination is getting rejected saying obstruct emergency services or private residency ,a simple location on Google map gives them correct opinion

Community halls would be likely to meet the socialise criteria, but I can't see which of the explore/socialize/exercise criteria convention centres would meet.
If you post a full nomination including the supporting text and photo I'm sure people would happily offer opinions/advice.

Every convention I've ever been to has involved a LOT of socialising... So a convention centre would therefore, by definition, be a great place to socialise.
I think convention centres are great meeting places …….which sounds a lot like socialising to me.
I've been going to the wrong ones - business events, which I don't think of as socialising, but I ssuppose they are used for non-business event and some would consider business networkng socialising.
We must have a wayfarer convention 🤪
Can you copy and paste from a browser window an example of a rejection nomination so we can look. It make take while to come through as the image may need reviewing.
I know several convention centres that have published POIs. I have seen many a community hall published.
So it may depend on the quality of the submissions. So in priniciple yes, for the nominations you are talking about judgement is reserved until we see them :-)
If your pin location is on the road, it's an automatic rejection. You are blocking something.
I’m not sure how this links to the points made but if the rest of the nomination is good and the key issue is that the pin has been placed in the road rather than at the actual place then in review I will move the pin to the correct location ( presuming it was close) rather than reject an otherwise good spot.
