I put a photosphere link of the portal where it is shown that it has 3 public accesses

Your description makes this wayspot invalid: it's a private home so it can't be a wayspot.
"used for housing" doesn't necessarily mean single family. Not saying it is valid but I don't think the description is grounds to rule it out.
Look at the photosphere and tell us how many people do you think that can live there.
Unnecessarily adversarial. I have no idea how many (if any) people live there from pictures and a link that all show just one side of a building. I'd need more info before being comfortable saying one way or the other.
