Emails not received issue has returned

Hello, I have submitted nominations recently and since September 5th I have not received any confirmation emails when they're submitted or if a decision was made on them. I've unlinked and re-linked the primary Gmail account that was receiving the emails however all of a sudden no more emails are coming. Please assist so I can receive feedback and confirmation emails
edit: I've created a new email address and linked my Google/Facebook login method email address associated with my Pokémon account to the new email; then tested by uploading a submission, and still I'm not seeing any emails to the new email address, or even the old email address associated
