The unique player who gains access to the portal takes advantage of being a postal officer, having unrestricted access when delivering letters/goods

That is not a single family private residential property. Therefore the location is valid. As long as some people have access some of the time, and that access is safe whilst on foot, Niantic has no issue with it.
However, access is PROHIBITED on foot and any kind of access is restricted to families who own the condominium. According rejection criteria locations that are intentionally and strategically placed to provide advantage to a single player or collective group (in this case, the owners of condo) musn't be a portal.
This condition creates an unfair competitive environment on Ingress.
Thanks for the appeal, @enlspartan-ING. We took another look at the Wayspot in question and decided that it does not meet our criteria for removal at this time.
