I (SmilePatrat4656) had my account suspended for one month on September18th. I believe that the wayfarer rules were violated because the Atsugi City mascot character was pictured in the wayspot I posted. However, the "Health Exchange Path" that I applied for is a walking course officially published by Atsugi City and is not subject to copyright.
And since it is installed in a secure location, it is also possible for users to access it safely. Please take these into account and consider whether I should be punished again. thank you.

That's not correct. Your submission(s) were in clear violation of Wayspot policies.
But they're just submitted nominations that are not meeting criteria. Was the submitter deserved 30-days suspension just because of it?

The correct route is submit a formal appeal as indicated in the email sent to you. I would suggest you do that as soon as possible.
