Nominations for Highly Specialized Government Facilities

As I am a non-English speaking person, it would be helpful if you could understand the lack of representation.
Wayspot's recommendations will include government facilities that are public (town hall, gymnasium, civic hall, etc.).
But recently in Japan, due to an expansive interpretation, highly specialized government facilities that are less accessible to the general public tend to be recommended.
From the Forest Service Office, Agricultural Experiment Station, Board of Education, and even the Health Center, which is at the forefront of COVID-19.
These facilities do not attract many citizens and are not desirable to visit.
We would like to see these highly specialized government facilities either be candidates for approval as Wayspots or listed in the updated guidelines.

Unless specifically noted, most government buildings are not eligible (including the DMV, and other "departments of...") for the same reason that we don't really accept generic businesses–they're not really gathering places or unique points of interest, like oscarc1-ING and JSteve0-ING called out.
Unlike city halls or courthouses (which can be tourist destinations, locations with unique architecture or places to gather) or libraries (sometimes architecturally unique but always centers for information), an administration building by itself wouldn't be high quality location.

The ones you've mentioned probably wouldn't meet criteria.
Casey has already mentioned about how government buildings could meet criteria though

If the Government facility has a campus, there exist a multitude of interesting displays, memorials, historical plaques etc.
I've visited such sites and can confirm that POIs (and players) do exist there. It's kind of obvious if someone on break has their head in their phone walking in circles.
Thank you.
This is just the answer I'm looking for.
But this answer doesn't seem to be reflected on the help page yet, so I hope it will be added to the help page soon.
In the meantime, I'll be counting on the conscience of the judges.
NIA are supposedly working on the next clarification update. It's coming soon
