Do you mind elaborating further on what you reviewed and why you didn’t know it was wrong?
I'm curious on the wording they used on the ban-email, and if they gave additional explanation, or that they kept it with just a general confirmation that you have incorrectly reviewing, without further elaboration. Furthermore, according their own policy, they should suspend for at most 10 years instead of permanent (which, I agree, in pratical sense, is the same).
Are you permanently banned or were you just banned for 30 days? If Niantic went straight to Tier 4, then it is because they have very strong evidence that you were part of the botnet that was approving everything in the Netherlands.
I am assuming as you are posting here that you have had a sanction because of your Wayfarer activity and it is for both Wayfarer and Pokemon Go.
I have a feeling from reports here that the email may say, 30, 90, 3650 days but the message when you log in on Pokémon Go says account terminated.
Is that the situation for you @lHarpreetl-PGO ?
As PkmntrainerJ says do submit an appeal. The focus of that appeal should only be on the Wayfarer activity as that is what it has been issued for. It is pointless to just ask for Pokémon Go account back.
Have you any idea why you would receive a sanction? You don’t need to share it here but if you would like comments then do share. Otherwise think about the situation that might be the cause, and if appealing address that. If you think it might be about a matter of interpretation then raise that - people here might be able to offer some insight into if you have been misinterpreting or not.
This is not correct. I see that your suspension has nothing to do with Wayfarer. Please reach out to Pokémon GO support for any further information.

If "account termination" has absolutely nothing to do with Wayfarer, you need to give clarification to many people outta there. Or else, this would happen:
His account terminations (yes, plural) likely have nothing to do with Wayfarer either, and more likely are because he's been multiaccounting, buying accounts, and spoofing (looking at his post history on Twitter). And yet he still hates Niantic for enforcing rules that he agreed to when he first created his account 🤦🏼♂️
It was that this suspension did not have anything to do with Wayfarer. Who knows about the other one.

Posts on social media do not always paint the complete picture and thus may be misleading.
The thing is the place where I live in has 0 pokestops and I live in farms too far from city here only are natural bodies and nothing else interesting to make as a pokestop that's why I tried several times to create pokestops by fake details.
I am sorry for that.
I started playing this game in 2020 it was the only Pokemon game I could ever play.
I really loved Pokemon anime. That's why.

Nobody here can fix it for you. Niantic employees are not going to read this and reinstate your account.
You'll just have to wait out your ban and then decide if you want to continue doing whatever it is the caused the ban in the first place.
Translation: I had no other option but to cheat, therefore I should not be punished for cheating.
I wonder how is it possible that Pokemon Go is the only Pokémon game that you could play as it requires that you have pokestops, gyms and pokémon spawning around your location but you state that there was none of that there.
Next time pick a game that you can really play right from the start.
There are a lot of Pokémon games that exist that don’t require you to go outside and play.
Even on mobile you have Pokémon Magikarp Jump, Pokémon Shuffle and Pokémon Masters.
Then the plethora of main series games on Switch and even older consoles back to the Game Boy.
Niantic released a lot of pokestops in India that were trash, just for the sake of having pokestops.
While I do not agree with cheating I do believe Niantic should make the game more playable in rural area’s.
From where I used to live it was 15 minutes walking to get to the nearest gym, now I got 5 gyms within 5 minutes, one I can take from my house and 4 pokestops I can reach from my house.
15 minutes of walking to the nearest gym does not really shout "rural area" to me. Niantic's previously stated goal was to get people out and about, exercising and enjoying the outdoors. Walking 15 minutes seems to be more in line with that goal than giving everyone a gym they can take from their couch.
Hang on a moment, Aaron already said your ban wasn't Wayfarer related. Therefore you didn't get banned for submitting fake nominations. If you were doing that on top of whatever actually got you banned, that really doesn't make you look good.
