All those seven wayspots were origianlly located in a shopping mall area. However, the shopping mall was taken down. Those statues or building do not exist anymore. And it is not accessible right now. Some of the wayspots belong to a mission series. The related mission could not be completed.

As shown in the picture below, that area is completely blocked now. (The photo was taken on 10.11.23)
