The object is a RUBBISH BIN. Black Arrow indicates the position of the object on Intel. There is probably no reason why this object will still be of interest anymore when the park is now being demolished. (Also no reason why the bin will still be around when the park is being deomolished.)

A is the road up to Jurong Hill which is accessible only by construction vehicles and closed to public. (It is marked in the panoramic photo. Please zoom)

B is the entrance to the park on the map. (Photo of the location above).
