I posted the same thing here before and niantic said, "According to our research, the way spot is in the right place and does not need adjustment at this time. I was told.
However, I went back to the spot and confirmed that the spot is not in the correct location.
Please correct this spot to the correct position.

If the wayspot is where you say it is, you need to provide photographic evidence. Based on Street View, the only thing that looks like it could be a bulletin board in that area seems to be much closer to the original location than to your suggested location. Repeatedly posting the same request with no additional evidence will not get you a different result.
