Additional information:
I went to visit this wayspot but, frustratingly, I did not find the water tower anymore. This wayspot definitely existed before based on the uploaded image from 6 years ago. This water tower was on the corner of Diamond street and Aquamarine street but as you can see on the image on the right, there's no more water tower there today. Even the aerial view of Google maps do not have this water tower anymore (street view is not available).
Additionally, this water tower was inside of a private, exclusive, residential village with tight security. I had to get an invitation from my cousin who lives in this village so I can get to it. So, I do not think this wayspot is accessible to the rest of the non-resident members of our community. The strict security could also be the reason why street view is not available.

Comments
Generally speaking, Wayspots are permitted to be on private property (non single-family) so long as that property is accessible to A community. In your example here though where the object clearly doesn't exist, it should be removed.
Point is, don't go reporting for example fountains that are part of gated communities. We are not entitled to access all Wayspots.
Thanks for the appeal, @ReggiePharaoh-PGO. After reviewing the additional evidence provided, we’ve decided to retire the Wayspot in question.
