Public Play Area keeps getting rejected.

There are three public Play areas here clearly seen in the map. 2 are already Pokestop but the third one keeps getting rejected for either being a duplicate (it's not) or being in private property (also not) and even for not being culturally significant which it is as any other play area in the world
. It is clearly accesible and signaled as "Area de Juegos" or Play area.

As per the forum's description, this forum is to post appeals for rejected reports of invalid Wayspots or to appeal the removal of Wayspots that were erroneously reported as invalid. Niantic does not accept appeals for failed nominations. Niantic's suggestion is that you review the Wayspot Criteria and if you believe your nomination is still eligible, resubmit it.
If something has been falsely marked as a dupe, the photo will be on the already live portal, you can appeal to have that photo removed.
That’s a shame that the playground keeps getting rejected, it’s not the most exciting of playgrounds, but should probably get through?
Does Street View cover the location? If not, a photosphere could do a world of good so reviewers are able to see the two locations are separate.
Hope this helps!
It does appear to be completely eligible. Unfortunately I have to say that's simply bad reviewing and bad luck.
This is a brand new section to ask for assistance in improving nomination or getting an idea as to why something won't be accepted.
People may want to show the actual nomination it's in wayfarer. Just post a copy of both pictures, title, description and support info. It will help with advice.
It not my fault that the admins decided to create a new forum and moved this post from the Invalid Wayspot Appeals forum and my post was from when it was IN the Invalid Wayspot Appeals forum.
The photo and supporting photo both make it look like it is in someone’s garden. It’s not your fault, it’s a tiny play area not far from houses in a “groomed” green area so it would be very hard to make it look any different.
It is, in my opinion valid. There is the possibility that the reviewers who said no for PRP Just didn’t review all the information properly. Sadly, that happens.
I have to disagree. It is obvious that this is a public area. There's a municipal sign, designated public parking and an unblocked pathway leading up to the play structure. It is also completely open to the street on both sides and the neighbouring house doesn't even have a window on that side. It's as public-looking as possible in such neighbourhoods.
And you are welcome to your opinion :) It just goes to show how us as reviewers see things differently. I don’t understand what the sign says and it does look like a garden to me. I do think after considering everything it is valid though.
Maybe try to make a photosphere? So the entire playground and its surrounding are visible and won't count as "someone's garden".
You don't have to understand the text to recognize a municipal sign.
Assuming the pictures here are the ones you submitted, I suggest backing up a step or two so some of the road shows in the photo, and especially the supporting one. This should make it look more public than private. There may be things in the photos that show this park to be a public area, but they are not necessarily the first things a reviewer would see. I have reviewed a number of submittals I wish the photos were closer or farther or taken from a different angle to make it easier to see what is there, and especially the supporting one.
thanks team, I will try to submit for the 5th time!
