Screenshot of the Rejection Email:
Theres no rejection e-mail, cause the way spots were previously accepted, but then on the 4th of January they were suddenly removed!
As you can see on the attached photos they both still exist and are also shown on Google maps. Similar signs are still active pokestops in the game, it's sad to see valid wayspots be removed when they meet none of the removal criteria.
Therefore I would like to request to restore the Wayspots. If other evidence is needed please let me know. Thank you in advance!

They'll likely reject your appeal. You'd better to prepare the appeal to your account if you don't get banned yet.
I didn't get any mail about the reason that the pokestops are removed. And if they don't meet the criteria that's fine but than I don't understand why the same signs are still being used actively in the game for other pokestops here in the area. I will be waiting for there response.
No, they won't reject your appeal because you're lack of rejection emails (which they don't send you a notice that your submitted Wayspot got removed). They'll reject your appeal because they'll assume the markers are "low quality and/or not permanent".
Just fyi if you don't know this yet, many players got their in-game account banned across the Netherlands because they're submitting trail/bike markers similar to yours.
Thank you for your answer and information, I didn't know that. I submitted these stops 1.5 years ago hopefully I won't get punished for it now. It's strange tho that they accept them all around the Netherlands in the first place and then change their minds and start to ban the accounts who submitted this stops, I hope that won't happens to me...
Thanks for the appeal, @CasMyra-PGO. We have taken another look but stand by our decision to retire the Wayspot in question.
