How can improve this nomination? It was declined for the following two reasons:
- The real-world location of the nomination could not be confirmed to have an acceptable pedestrian pathway leading up to it
- Insufficient evidence that the nomination accurately reflects the submitted real-world location based on comparison of the submitted photo and map views

For the confirming location- is street view up to date? If not, I'm guessing why you got that reason. The pedestrian access reasons- people are probably being picky about there not being a sidewalk- is the pavement in the support photo a road? That's what it looks like. It might still have safe pedestrian access, if people are expected to walk along in the grass/its a low speed area.
But also- why is the cross there? You live in a different country, but similar things in the US are often put up when someone has died there in an accident. Something like that wouldn't automatically be eligible. It doesn't look like you explained the purpose of the cross, and why it would be an eligible POI.
You could install a Jesusfigure on it that would higher your chance to get it live.

What criteria does it meet? Just because there is a cross doesn't mean it is a place of worship. There is also the issue of pedestrian access, since this appears to be along a road.
Yes, please inform us of why this cross is special. The supplemental information to support it appears lacking. I imagine there could be a few people who would wonder if that has be stuck in the ground for the purposing of getting a Wayspot there. I don't hold that view though it do think it's a rather plain looking object.
The complete absence of streetview could be a reason I guess. Thanks. I'll drop by there and make a photosphere.
The nomination is along a quiet neighboorhood street, so I guess I should put more houses in the supporting pictures.
I will also provide more info on why the nomination is relevant. I will let you guys know what happens with the improvements that i will put in the next time I nominate this.
