A POI popped up and became a Gym in Pokemon Go that does not meet any criterias. The POI in question is a Model Home Sign for a New Housing Development with the subdivision name "Gabriel's Place". This is a temporary sign that will get removed and the house will become Residential Private Property.
Gym Name: DSLD Model Home.
Gym Description: "Come find your new home!"
