Additional information: This wayspot is invalid because it was temporary and has been permanently removed. The wayspot was part of "DIA Inside|Out" program run by the Detroit Institute of Arts. As explained on their website, this program places replicas of museum-owned paintings in outdoor areas around Detroit. Paintings only remain in place for about 3 months before being removed and sent to a different neighborhood/municipality.
This specific wayspot was part of the Summer 2014 installation in Dearborn, Michigan, so it would have been removed at the end of that summer. Dearborn has not participated in the Inside|Out since then. This portal is stop #1 on the Dearborn 2014 map:
