My nomination was rejected, but I don't understand why? It's a typical Play ground in the yard. There are no people at the photo.
Nomination title: Детский замок
Is it because of inscription in the bottom? But it's automatically at my Phone, even in PoGo App😢

Watermarks are grounds for automatic rejection reguardless of what the nomination is.
You should be able to turn off the watermark. Look into your phone settings. If necessary, I'm sure you can Google instructions on how to do it.
Open your camera app, click on options and there should be an on/off slider for the watermark.
@Duurshlag-PGO You say there are no people in the photo, but I can clearly see (and recognise one) persons sitting on a bench in the upper right corner. If the watermark weren't there, I think I would reject this candidate on that basis.
In short: make sure the watermark is off and there are no people visible and it should pass nicely.
@Jeroenix-ING photo at the stop should be smaller and there won't be people)) but thank you, I'll be more attentive

The people in the background were not the focus, nor were they posing for the camera in any way. Maybe you have been reviewing incorrectly.
Hi don't worry about getting things rejected as it can meet all the criteria it just takes these players who know it meets the criteria but because they either one don't want other areas to get loads or two they use their personal views and if they feel something shouldn't be valid for many reasons they will reject hence why I have started to reject everything until these players stop using their own personal views and just follow the guidelines and if the damn thing hits just one criteria it is suppose to be accepted.
Turn off the watermark, try again.
Someone disagreed with this, so let me break it down a little for whomever did so without comment. First, the people were in the background that the OP was given feedback about. That was not disputed. Secondly, I took a snip from the Niantic page regarding high quality Pokestop submissions. That isn't something we need to agree on, so that's fine. Lastly, I will compare both the image posted here and the one used by Niantic to show what a photo would look like with a human in it that would not be eligible.
See the people behind the slide and on a bench on the other side of the playground? Good! They aren't using or in front of the thing we are focusing on, and they are about 10 feet behind it. They aren't even posing for the camera. In fact, it's not a bad thing to show people in the background or what have you, it shows the area IS actually popular and is a gathering point. A waypoint. Now, we will move on to the one in Niantic's example of one that was Ineligible:
See the lady with the dress? Good! She's posing for a photo in the foreground on the item we are trying to make a waypoint. This is no bueno. Just on that, we can't accept it. However, do you see the people in the background under that shaded patio? Even if she were to move, we could still accept it with those people because they are not the focus or posing for a picture. I'll post the quote for the dissenter just so they may read it. Be sure to pay attention to the highlighted section this time.
