A post office that got rejected

So i nominated the post office in the street and i got a mail that it is ineglible for the following reasons:
The real-world location of the nomination appears to be on private residential property or farm, The real-world location of the nomination appears to represent a generic store or restaurant.
I got no clue how i need to improve it
Should i give the link where they say that post offices are good

Not knowing the country its from I cant tell if its an official Postal Service i.e. Royal Mail in the UK, or a business that offers postal services i.e. UPS / FedEx etc
The picture isn't the most inspiring, but then again some business just don't look good even if they are a valid candidate, so I wouldn't hold that against it.
If it is a postal service then I would resub it include the web link in the support statement explaining as such
Going off what was said- a portal service run by the government is generally eligible. If it's a private business, those typically are not eligible on their own. I'm not familiar with your culture so I'm unsure exactly what type this is.

We have services like where you bring a package but those a just regular stores this isn't the case and if they use satellite they can see the icon of a mail which says bpost (the belgian post)
Does the post office have a website? Does the site list all of the post offices? If so you could consider putting a link to the specific post office in the supporting info (not the description). That should eliminate some of the confusion about it being a generic business. I would also specify that the name of the Post Office in Belgium is Bpost, that might cause some confusion for people unfamiliar with the country.
Maybe you can improve the photo as well - you don't really need that much of the building, centre the photo on the door area with the bpost banner and get a closer shot. Unfortunately quite often, if the reviewers don't like the photo, they'll reject for random reasons, the aim for the game is to give reviewers less reasons to want to reject. For this particular one, I'd also suggest do a landscape photo instead of portrait.

See if you can find your local Post Office on their website and link to it. I can't translate so you'll have to see if you can find the branch finder yourself, assuming there is one.
As a submitter, I have seen that rejection several times, and the one dealing with bad photos, enough to wonder if someone is being abusive or is really that ignorant. As a reviewer, I have begun only using rejection reasons that require a comment to be written. I also understand there is some stuff we will have to put up with; if Niantic had the number of people it would take to review the submissions, they would not have asked the community to help. Let it rest for a bit and try it again.
But if they don't like the picture why they wouldn't give bad picture as the reason because i get a lot of times that for a reason while sometimes i think it's a good picture
However next time i won't take the whole building and put the official adress link from the postoffice
